"Setup was a mess"
The setup went badly. My dresser was left crooked. It was also missing screws. Not happy with it...

"Returning the couch was more hassle than I expected"
I bought a couch that ended up not really working in my room, so I figured I’d just return it or exchange it. To be fair, the couch itself wasn’t the issue, but the return process was a headache. There was a lot of back and forth, the answers I got weren’t very clear, and the exchange options didn’t really help much either. I ended up feeling stuck with something I didn’t want, which was frustrating. I don’t think I’d shop here again.

"I don’t think this is worth the money..."
I don’t think this is worth the money. It works when it wants to, which is frustrating for the price. I expected a lot more and ended up feeling like I overpaid for something unreliable.

"I bought a couch from them and..."
I bought a couch from them and it showed up with some delivery damage. Trying to get help after that was a total hassle. I kept getting bounced around on calls, emails took forever, and nobody seemed to have a clue what was going on. Felt like once they got my money, I was on my own. Not gonna lie, I wouldn’t shop with them again.

"Delivery ended up being hours late"
I basically waited around all day for this delivery. The time kept changing, and then the email would say one thing while the tracking showed something else, so I had no idea what was actually happening. I only got any real update when I called them myself, and they still showed up hours late. Frustrating experience.

"I bought furniture from Bernie & Phyl’s..."
I bought furniture from Bernie & Phyl’s and added the protection plan because it sounded like it would make life easier if anything went wrong. But when I actually needed to use it, what a joke. It turned into a bunch of phone calls, waiting around, and getting passed through all these little rules about what was or wasn’t covered.
Maybe I should’ve read every detail more closely, but the way it was explained in the store made it seem way more helpful than it ended up being. i felt like I paid extra for a lot of hassle and not much support. Disappointing.

"Delivery was on time, but the service felt really off"
My furniture showed up when it was supposed to, so I’ll give them that. But the delivery guys were rude and seemed like they were in a huge rush the whole time. I tried asking a couple of questions and got barely any response, like I was bothering them. They also left packaging all over the place for me to deal with. I emailed customer service afterward and their replies felt like they were written by robots, just generic answers that didn’t really address what happened. Overall, not a great experience.

"Damaged Couch and a Lot of Runaround"
The delivery was late, and when the couch finally showed up, one of the corners was ripped. I called twice to get it sorted out, but there still hasn’t been any real fix. Reading between the lines, it feels like they’re not in much of a hurry to make it right, which is frustrating

I bought a sofa from Bernie & Phyl’s, i’m disappointed :/ After just a few weeks, the cushions started flattening out and the fabric already looks worn. For what I paid, I really expected it to hold up a lot better

I emailed customer service and just never got a reply. I kept checking my inbox, thinking maybe it got missed or went to spam or something, but nope. Kind of frustrating when you’re just waiting around and nothing ever comes back.

"Pretty disappointing visit"
Went into the showroom. Looked around for a while. No one came over. Staff saw us, but just ignored us. Felt awkward. Not a great experience.

"Wrong couch showed up and it still isn’t fixed"
so I ordered a sofa in one color, and the one that got delivered was completely different. The weird part is the paperwork had the right item listed, so I have no idea how it got mixed up.
I called the store and just kept getting passed around. They said they’d look into it and call me back, but I ended up having to keep chasing them. I’m still stuck with the wrong couch, and yeah, it’s been frustrating.

I ordered a couch from them, and the couch itself is totally fine, but the delivery process was such a hassle that it kind of ruined the whole experience for me. The delivery date kept changing, so I ended up taking time off work twice because I was trying to make sure someone would be home. Each time I thought I had it figured out, the schedule seemed to shift again, and when I called to get a straight answer, I still didn’t really get one. They gave me a delivery window that was basically the entire day, which is already inconvenient, and then they showed up much later than I was expecting anyway. I get that deliveries can be tricky and delays happen, but the lack of clear communication made it really frustrating. The furniture is okay, but dealing with the scheduling was annoying enough that I don’t think I’d order from them again

"Felt like I was bothering them"
I stopped in with a couple questions, but the salesperson seemed kind of annoyed, like I was interrupting them or something about it. They didn’t really explain much and seemed in a hurry the whole time. I ended up leaving without buying anything.

"Financing just didn’t feel smooth to me"
The financing part didn’t really sit right with me. The payment options felt a bit confusing, and my gut feeling was that there just weren’t enough flexible choices for someone in my situation.
